The Testing Cheats
Command: boolprop testingcheatsenabled true
This is the most powerful of the boolprop commands. It opens the door to dozens of powerful commands that make it possible for you to customize your game without the need for additional fan-created hacks.
In general, you first enter the command while you are at the Neighborhood screen and then go to a lot or the Create A Sim screen to use the Testing Cheats. While you are on a lot, you shift-click on things to bring up menus of all sorts of wonderful (and sometimes dangerous) things.
In the picture above, Miss Fredonia Finagle demonstrates what you see when you click on a sim while you have the Testing Cheats enabled. Note the selected item, Spawn. The Spawn command brings up a menu of special objects that give you even more special Testing Cheats.
Summary of the Testing Cheats

EA even made some of the more popular capabilities available through more obvious means. There are also several fan-created hacks that use the functions from the Testing Cheats.
